I saw this on someone's tweet...this is just horrible...Children with special needs are tied to their beds. This is inhumane and unacceptable! Is there anything that can be done for them?? Those children need proper care and love, not to be treated as though they're criminals just for being the way they are. I am purely disgusted these conditions they're forced to live under...
