- Prisoners freed on bail & their family members are being harassed by the prison interrogators.

- Interrogators are calling mostly freed female prisoners 3-4 times a day summoning them to a hotel or a park.

- Interrogators are pressuring freed prisoners to cooperate with them & become their informant.

- Interrogators have threatened the free prisoners incase they reveal any of this they will give them new charges.

- Hojatolislam Ahmad Reza Ahmadpour broke his hand 10 days ago in Qom prison is still awaiting medical help.

- Qom prison has canceled all the prison leaves for all the clergy political prisoners.

- Zaydabadi received a long term sentence, is in a prison among murderers. His crime; Criticizing Khamenei.

- Jafar Kazemi an 80's pol prisoner has been sentenced to death. He was arrested during one of the mass protests.

- Kazemi has a son in Ashraf (MKO). He had no political activities since his release from prison in the 1990.

- Kazemi did go to Ashraf to visit his son 2 years ago. His lawyer was not allowed to see him until start of the trial.

- According to Kazimi's lawyer the Moharebeh charge is totally baseless, all he did was pass on flyers during a protest.

- Student activist & Mousavi suporter Arash Sadeghi has been placed on no visitation & phone calls allowed list.

- Arash Sadeghi was out on bail for Norooz & told his family of harsh treatment & being beaten in prison.

- Student activist Mahdiyeh Golro is in serious poor health condition in Evin 350.

- Bail was set for Golro at $700,000 earlier, family protested the high amount, judge reduced it to $500,000.

- Golor's husband a teacher & her family can not afford such high bail, so Mahdiyeh is still in Evin 350.

- Today on Teacher's Day number of teachers were arrested at the grave site of Dr. Abolhasan Khanali.

- 1) Arrested teachers are: Mohamad Falahi, Iraj Javadi, Farghani, Mohamadi, Raieszadeh, Badpar.

- 2) Arrested Teachers are: Zaynal Zadeh, Souri, Shivrani, Imanzadeh & Montekhebi.

- Lesser known political prisoners Saied Hadri & Morteza Layeghi have been sentenced to 4 years in prison each.

- Ehsan Mehrabi, parliamentary reporter for Farhikhtegan called her family hours ago saying "I am released"

- Ehsan Mehrabi was arrested in late February.

- Reports are Appeals Court has upheld the death sentences of father & son Mohsen & Ahmad Daneshpour Moghadam.

- Daneshpour's son says his mothers case along with 2 others have gone to the Supreme Court for review.

- Motahareh Bahrami is Daneshpour's mother, Rayhaneh Haj-Ebrahim(F) & Hadi Ghaemi are the other 3 death.

- Daneshpour's son says his brother & fathers final sentence has not been officially announced to them.

- Court clerk told Daneshpour official notification of sentences have bn given to their court appointed attorney.

- Homemaker Masoumeh Yavari charged with Moharebeh. Tehran DA has asked for the death sentence in her.

- Yavari had come to Tehran from Golpaygan six months ago to participate in one of the mass rallies.

- Yavari was arrested at the rally, her home was searched & computer & documents were confiscated.

- Yavari is accused of MKO connection. Her Moharebeh charge is for text messages & Rajavi pic on her computer.

- Yavari has 2 children aged 11 & 4. Her husband was a political prisoner in the 80's.

- Kurdish site reports the death sentence of Housein Khazri has been upheld by the Supreme Court.

- Khazri was transferred on April 11 from Orumiyeh prison to Ghazvin prison for unknown reason.

- Khazri's family was able to visit him on April 27 & say Khazri is not doing very well.

- Political activist Amir Khosro Dalirsani went on trial today w/o his or his lawyers prior knowledge.

- Dalirsani's lawyer who happened to be in court Bldg was able to see his clients file for 1st time in court.

- Dalirsani was arrested after Ashura at his home & spent 1 month in solitary. He has 3 days to prepare his defense.

- Ahmadinejad, along with the Foreign Minster, his VP's & other officials have left Tehran & are on their way to New York.

- Ahmadinejad will not be accompanied by official IR press on his NY trip, U.S. State Dept did not issue visas for the Press.

- The post elec martyrs who were from the Labor Force were honored today by placing flowers on their graves.

- HR & Democracy activists in IR reports arrests were made in various parts of Tehran today, numbers are unknown.

- Today, Ahmadinejad went to Tehran U for a pre-arranged speech to Basij students only. This was not announced to other students.

- HR attorney Mohamad Oliyaifar has been arrested illegally again & taken to Evin to start serving his sentence.

- Oliyaifar was in Justice Dept Bldg when arrested, was previously sentenced 2 1yr for giving interviews re Behnoud Shojaie.

- Justice Dept has not officially informed Oliyaifar nor his lawyers of his conviction sentence as required by law.

- Death sentences of post election protesters Mohamad Ali Haj-Aghai & Jafar Kazemi have been upheld.

- Newly released activist says after 300 hours of interrogations & 400 pages in his file, his trial took 3 minutes.

- Activist says he has been instructed to leave the city before any major planned protest.

- Activist says since his release he is continuously summoned to Intel Ministry office & interrogated.

- Activist says he was told if he hires a lawyer or a lawyer shows up at his trial he will get the max sentence.

- Law school graduate Abolfazl Ghasemi arrested on Ashura at Enghelab SQ has been sentenced to 3 yrs.

- Lesser known Green prisoners in ward 350: Mohamad Javad Rahimi-Firooz 1 year in prison & 1 year suspended term.

- Lesser known Green prisoners in ward 350: Hamid Piroozfam sentenced to 1yr & 74 lashes, Housein Vahed 2 years.

- A man convicted of drug trafficking was hanged in Ardebil this week.

- Appeals court in Mashhad has sentenced 9 people to 2-5 years in prison. Their crime; Being of Bahai Faith.

- Jalayer Vahdah, Sima Eshraghi, Davar Nabilzadeh & Nahid Ghadiri have been sentenced to 5 years each.

- Kaviz Nouzdehi, Hooman Bakhtavar, Sima Rajabian & Nasrin Ghadiri have been sentenced to 2 years each.
