- Masoumeh Yavari, a homemaker with 2 children ages 4&11 initially charged with Moharebeh & DA had asked for death sentence.

- Families of the executed said they will process with their plan at a later date if Intel does not keep their promise.
- As a result of mediation by Sanajdaj MP, Intel has agreed to turned bodies of 5 executed last Sun to their families.
- Post election protester Mehrdad Aslani has been released on parole after 11 months in prison.
- Aslani initially received 3 years, Appeals Court gave him 18 months, than released on parole. He'll be on parole 4 yrs.
- Ali Vakili Rad flew to Tehran around 3PM from Orly airport aboard an Iran Air flight.
- Bahramian says despite the innocence of my client Farzad Kamangar they executed him.
- Bahramian says in Kamangar's case only accusations of PJAK membership without showing any evidence of proof.

- Agents went to the home of imprisoned movie director Jafar Pahani on Sun morning & threatened his family with arrest.
- 8 agents were at Panahi's home from 9 AM to 1 PM, searched his home again & threatened the family.
- Agents showed Panahi's family arrest warrants & told them if they give interviews they will arrest them.
- Mousavi has asked all of his staff not go to his office.
- Ahmad Yazdanfar head of Mousavi's security detail has been arrested.
- Dr. Matin Fatahian was arrested in Tabriz last week, his home searched & computer & itemes were confiscated.
- The UN stopped deportation from Turkey to Iran for journalist Mohammad Tangestani who was scheduled to be deported today.
- Author & children's rights activist Reza Khandan was released from Evin May 12 after 3 months in detention.
- Imprisoned Mousavi advisors Beheshti-Shirazi & Dr.Arabmazar are under increased pressure to give false confession.
- Earlier reports were Yousefi was exonerated of all charges, but by pressure from Intel he received 4 years suspended sentence.
- Poly Tech U student Mohamad Yousefi was released from Evin after 161 days in detention.
- The DA cites PJAK interviews with media after the executions as proof of their membership.
- Dowlatabadi says all 4 Kurds executed were members of PJAK, even if their lawyer denies it.
- Dowlatabadi tries to explain, once again unsuccessfully, reasons for executing Mehdi Islamian.
- Dowlatabadi denies Mehdi Islamian was executed for giving his brother, who was executed last year, $200.
