- Political prisoner Hamid Haeri has been sentenced to 15 yrs to be served in Karaj Gohardasht prison.
- Haeri arrested Dec 6 in a raid of his home, put in Evin 209 solitary 74 days under pressure & torture.
- Haeri a former political prisoner, spent 3 yrs in prison in the 80's under harsh interrogations & torture.
- Haeri was charged with Moharebeh, visiting his son in Ashraf Camp, supporting MKO & propagandizing against IR.
- Haeri is in poor health,had suffered 2 heart attacks before, walks with a cane, had hip injury due an accident before arrest.

- Court was held today for Kouhyar Goudarzi charged with working with a terrorist Org based outside country through CHRR.

- Goudarzi's lawyer rejected all of his charges & said neither he nor CHRR have any connection with the said Org.

- Ahmad Mohamad Niya former member of Islamic Society of Babol Anoushiravan Uni has been arrested.
- Bahai Pejman Roshankouhi was arrested in a raid of his home May 26 in Sary(N.IR). Family has had no news since.

- Journalist Mahboubeh Khansari (F) was arrested after midnight last night.
- Journalist Azam Vaysimeh (F) was arrested in the middle of the night last night.
- Court of Appeals has upheld the 3 1/2 yrs in prison & 50 lashes sentence of Mohamad Nourizad.
- Mohamad Nourizad, being punished for writing 3 letters criticizing Khamenei.
- Habibollah: "I know that I will be executed soon, therefore I will end my own life in order to shame you, even after my death".
- Daneshpour-Moghadam family were accused of being members of MKO, a charge that they all deny.
- The family of Daneshpour-Moghadamd seem to have been targeted because they do have a son in Ashraf camp.
- Mohsen's wife Motahareh Bahrami initially sentenced to death but Appeals Court overturned the sentence.
- Mohsen did not know status of his arrested family for 65 days & was finally allowed to see his family for Norooz.
- Mohsen is almost 70 y/o, did not have access to a lawyer, his son was beaten badly in front of him.
- Mohsen Daneshpour-Moghadam & his son Ahmad both arrested Ashura & both are sentenced to death.
- More than 40 Beheshti Uni students have been handed down disciplinary action.
- Rasoul Badaghi severely beaten & abused in Rajai Shahr prison.
- Appeals Court has reduced sentence of Omid Shaifi Dana from 6 to 3 yrs in prison but upheld the monetary fine.

- Zaynab Sadeghzadeh is married to Amir Reza Arefi who was convicted of Moharebeh.
- Zaynab arrested last march & charged with Moharebeh for being the wife of Amir Reza Arefi.
- Amir Reza Arefi's case is connected with the executed political prisoners Arash Rahmanipour & Ali Zamanian.
