- It is now 3 weeks since the150 pol prisoners in ward 350 were allowed to have phone calls to their families.
- Last week DA Dowlatabadi denied all the news of problems in ward 350 & said sites are giving false news.

- Kurdish women's rights activist Koubestan Golkar has been threatened by Intel to cease her activities or face arrest.
- Families of hunger strikers have been told they are not allowed to visit or have calls cause they talk to the media.
- Families of hunger strikers have been told if they stop talking to the media, they may be allowed visitation.
- It has been 20 days since the families of hunger strikers have had any contact with them.

- Method of killing prisoners under torture has been employed at Gohardasht before with official cause reported as drug overdose.
- HR activist Dr. Akbar Karami has been sentenced to 6 yrs, 74 lashes & lost his medical license for 5 yrs.
- Dr. Karami was tried & sentenced to 3 yrs earlier for insulting Khamenei.
