- In recent weeks number of Tehran Uni students have been summoned by Judicial branch of the Armed Forces.
- 6 of the summoned students have been confirmed arrested & bail for them has been set.
- All the students summoned to the Judiciary branch of the Armed Forces were charged in connection with last year's protests.
- After 60+ days, phone communications for political prisoners in ward 350 are still cutoff.
- Evin authorities give 1 excuse after another as reason for the phone communications not being restored.
- Tehran DA: A high profile prisoner had a 100 page memoir concealed in a milk carton waiting to be sent outside.
- New wave of arrest of students & followers of Ayt Dastghaieb in Shiraz. As of Mon 39 more people were arrested.
- After 9 dys in Evin Med facility, Mohsen Safaei Farahani has been transfered to a hospital outside of Evin.
- Reformist Farahani was accompanied by 3 armed guards to the hospital & the guards are staying with him in the hospital.
- Court of Appeals has reduced the sentence of 22 y/o Parvin Javadzadeh from 8 yrs to 26 months.
- Imprisoned attorney Nasrin Sotoudeh's husband Reza Khandan has been summoned & has to report to court by Sat.
- Karoubi's Saham News has been offline since yesterday.
- Tehran DA Dowlatabadi: Investigation into the Judicial officials involved in Kahrizak case is ongoing & in progress.
- Yesterday Chief of Police in a news conference said 100 people who attacked Karoubi's home were IDed & report sent to Judiciary

- Journalist Mahsa Amrabadi has been summoned to court. She spent 2 months in prison last yr & is out on bail.
- Mahsa's husband journalist Masoud Bastani is in Rejai Shahr prison serving a 6 yr sentence.
- Recently it was revealed that Mahsa's husband gave false confession to obtain her on bail release last yr.

- 45 days since Hassan & Menat Rahmani were arrested in Kamyaran Kurdestan, there whereabouts still unknown.
- Arzhang Davoudi was taken to Rejaei Shahr Med facility this morning.
- Life of Arzhang Davoudi on his 60+ days of hunger strike in SERIOUS DANGER barley able to speak or open his eyes.
- Bail has been set at $600,000 for journalist Hengameh Shahidi. Family says they can't afford such high bail.
- Hengameh Shahidi is in desperate need of medical help. Setting $600,000 bail for her temp release is outrageous.
- In a show of protest, Ayt Dastghaeib did not attend the Assembly of Experts meeting today.
- Last night offices of Rahe Mardom newspaper was vandalized, windows broken & Items were stolen.
- Editor-in-Chief of Rahe Mardom said they had received threatening calls recently & were vandalized once before.
