- After 40 days of no news, family of Dr.Ebrahim Yazdi,Chair of Iran Freedom Movt were able to visit him in Evin.


- Iran Freedom Movement member Amir Housein Kazemi was returned to Evin after going under surgery yesterday.


- Kazemi was out on bail on medical leave. Against the advise of doctors Kazemi was returned to Evin day after surgery.


- Prosecution denied Kazemi's request for extended med leave & returned him to prison thus putting his life in danger.


- 1/4) Ayt Bayat Zanjani's son says on Sunday as they drove up to Karoubi's resident for a pre arranged private visit..


- 2/4) .. they saw few cars parked in front of the resident, number of men, some w masked faces, some...


- 3/4) ...carrying video cameras got out of the car. 1 man came to the car & asked if Ayt Bayt Zanjani was inside


- 4/4) The man told us to leave & said for security reason it's not possible to visit Karoubi tonight.


- Nasrin Sotoudeh's husband, sister & brother were able to visit with her for 10 min in Evin today.


- According to Sotoudeh's husband, she is still on hunger strike, however, she is taking water now


- Sotoudeh's husband says Nastrin has lost about 30 lbs & looks extremely thin & hardly recognizable


- Sotoudeh's husband said Nasrin was connected to an IV twice during the 9 days she was on hunger strike.

- HRA reports IR court convicted attorney Mohamad Mostafai in absential & sentenced him to 6 yrs in prison.


- HR activist Laleh Hassanpour went on trial yesterday charged with bunch of bogus charges including membership in HRA.


- Authorities refused to release Isa Saharkhiz on bail to receive proper medical treatment outside the prison.


- Mousavi's wife visited with Farhad Azhari, still suffering from bullet wounds received during post-elec protests.


- Imprisoned student activist Behrooz Javid Tehrani was lashed 74 times in Gohardasht Prison today.


- Javid Tehrani is the last remaining imprisoned student activist from student uprising of 11 yrs ago.


- Behrooz Javid Tehrani has endured yrs of pressure & torture at the hands of prison guards in Gohardasht.


- Status & whereabouts of former Sepah Commader Housein Farzin arrested in Mashhad last month are still unknown.


- Housein Farzin arrested last month in a raid of his home, computer, documents & personal pix & items confiscated.


- Farzin's family have been warned not to talk to media. Family has not been able to find the reason for his arrest yet.


- Esfahan police said women ridding bicycles, people walking dogs & playing cards in public parks are all crimes.


- Islamic Mojahedin (not MKO) member Abolfazl Ghadyani has been sentenced to monetary fine & 1yr in prison.


- Ghadyani has been convicted of propagating against the regime & insulting Ahmadinejad.


- In court Ghadyani told the judge, he does not recognize Ahmadinejad as president & called him a liar & a hypocrite.
