- Journalist Hengameh Shahidi is back in prison. She was released on bail 10/28 & had to extend her leave every 3 days.

- More than 50 MPs are supporting an amendment to restore the authority of government over the Central Bank.

- Parvin Tajik sister of imprisoned journalist Abdolreza Tajik has been sentenced to 1 1/2 yr in prison.

- Parvin Tajik was tried without a lawyer, she was convicted of propagating against the regime.

- Parvin Tajik was summoned to Evin court few months ago after she gave interviews to the media re her brother.

- Behrouz Javid Tehrani was lashed 74 times last week.

- Tehran DA said execution date for Shahla Jahed has been set & she will be executed soon.

- 18 y/o blogger Navid Mohebi went on trial yesterday in Amol without a lawyer & only his dad in the courtroom.

- Mohebi is being charged with anti-national security acts,insulting IR leaders & membership in 1M signature campaign.

- Some of the evidence used in Navid Mohebi's trial were his writings from age 12 to age 16.

- IR-Iraq war veteran & Mousavi camp activist Commander Mohamad Ezlati-Moghadam has been arrested.

- Kasra Ebrahimi sentenced to 1yr has been summoned back to Evin.He was arrested during Ashura St protests & is out on bail.

- Journalist Morteza Kazemeian has been sentenced to 1 yr in prison. He is currently out on bail.

- Jafari-Dowlatabadi: Indictments for 7 people charged with espionage have been sent to court & trials will start soon.

- Jafari-Dowlatabadi: Verdicts for 20 people convicted of espionage have been issued & they already are serving their time.

- Jafari-Dowlatabadi: Case of the 3 suspended Kahrizak judges still under investigation.

- Jafari-Dowlatabadi: Mehdi Hashemi (Rafi's son) does have an open case in court & will be arrested upon return to IR.

- Court of Appeals has upheld the 5 yr sentence of Alameh U post grad philosophy student Arash Sadeghi.

- Sadeghi was arrested during post-elcn unrest last yr & was in Evin's Sepah 2-A & Intel 209 for about a yr.

- Arash Sadeghi is out on $500,000 bail, agents raided his home to re-arrest him last week but he was not at home.

- The violet raid of Arash Sadeghi's home caused his mother to suffer a heart attack, she died few days later.

- Post grad Shiraz university student Zaynab Bahraini was arrested Sat at home & taken to Intel detention center.

- 5 Iranian lawyers detained for "security-related offences & violating IR's moral standards outside Iran".

- Ayt Broujerdi has been moved from the clergy ward of Evin to an unknown location.

- Reports are Ayt Broujerdi's wife has suffered a heart attack due to being under constant pressure by Intel agents.

- Farid Baghlani convicted of murdering 15 women & 1 child was hanged in Ahvaz's Karon prison today.

- Jamal Solaymani has been sentenced to 13 yrs convicted of cooperation with anti regime religious groups.

- Jamal Soaymani's father is a Sunni religious activist. Jamal was arrested few months ago along with others in Javanrood.

- Maryam Kiyan Arsi is the lawyer for Kobra Najar who was sentenced to stoning a while ago.

- 3 female attorneys were arrested at Tehran airport upon return to IR from Turkey.
