- IR regime is on a big campaign to discredit stoning lawyer Mohamad Mostafai.
- Their first attempt to discredit Mostafai was his client's confession on TV denouncing Mostafaei.
- IR regime is worried about all the facts that Mostafai can reveal about the injustice in their Justice system.

- Against the advise of doctors Hamzeh Karami was ordered back to prison by the prosecution.
- Hamzeh Karami was the Managing Dir of Johouriyat site at the time of arrest. Was tortured severely during detention.
- At one point Karami's head was pushed down a dirty toilet 20 times to get false confession from him.
- Karami was not allowed to shower for days after the toilet incident, he lived with dried up urine & feces in his hair for days.
- Karami was finally allowed to shower when his interrogator could not stand the smell any longer.
- HR activist Dr. Ali Nazeri has been released on bail after 50 days in detention.
- HR activist Abolfazl Abedini in Ahvaz Karoon prison suffering from heart condition is prevented from receiving his medication.
- Abedini is in Karoon prison in Ahvaz serving an 11 yr sentence convicted of bunch of bogus charges.
- Kurdish civil activist Nemat Assadi has been released on bail.
- Labor leader Manour Osalnlo tried last week without presence of lawyer in court, has been sentenced to 1 additional year.

- Political prisoner Arjang Davoudi on his 29th day of hunger strike in Gohardasht prison, is in serious danger.
- Student activist Behzad Bagheri has been released on bail from Esfahan prison.
- Tweet says prosecutor says charges against Mostafai unfounded. Actually Mostafai said charges unfounded.
- Prisoners in Gohardasht Ward 6, hall No. 6 were attacked by about 50 prison guards this morning.
- Guards beat the prisoners in hall No. 6 with batons, took away their phone & food cards.
- Hall No. 6 prisoners were made to stand under the hot sun from 9 to 11:30 AM & were not allowed to drink water.
- 1/2) After 6 months in prison Amir Mohamadi has been released. He was arrested on Ashura at his home.
- 2/2) Mohamadi was sentenced to 2 yrs, Appeals Court gave him 6 months + 24 months suspended for 5 yrs.
- Political prisoner Arjang Davoudi in Gohardasht prison on his 28th day of hunger strike is in serious danger.
- Gohardasht prison authorities also threatening other prisoners with solitary if they help Arjang Davoudi.
- Currently Arjang Davoudi is suffering from low blood pressure, dizziness, blurred vision & incapable of moving much.
- 1/2) Tehran U political science student Mehdi Sadkhosravi has been sentenced to 1 yr & 70 lashes.
- 2/2) Sadkhosravi's must serve 3 months of his 1 yr sentence & 9 months is suspended for 5 yrs.
- Journalist Badolsadat Mofidi has been sentenced to 6 yrs in prison & banned for 5 yrs from her profession .

- Kaleme reporting 15 prisoners have ended hunger strike, because Keyvan still on hunger strike and Babak has been freed.
- Azari journalist Ebrahim Rashidi has been released on bail from Meshgin Shar prison.
- The Law offices of Mohamad Mostafaei & his partners have been locked & sealed by the order of Justice Dept.
- Hunger striker families say in the last 2 weeks they have tried contacting authorities to get an answer to no avail.
- Kouhyar Goudarzi's mom: They told us today they are banned from visit. That only means they are still in solitary.
- Issa Saharkhiz is in extremely poor health & is in serious need of proper medial help.
- 1) 17 y/o Ali Niknam was arrested on Nov 2 for passing flyers for Nov 4 mass protests. He was set up by a friend.
- 2) Niknam was arrested by Sepah Intel agents, beaten & shocked by electric baton was taken to Sepah detention center.
- 3) Niknam was kept in Sepah detention center for 2 days, was physically & mentally tortured.
- 4) Niknam was than taken to Intel detentions center on Niloofar Sq. He was interrogated & tortured.
- 5) Niknam was later released on bail, was tried later & sentenced to 1 yr suspended sentence & monetary fines.
- 6) days after his release he passed blood in his urine. Still has marks on his body from elec shock tortures.
- Unconfirmed: Majid Tavakoli has fainted from the hunger strike and has been unconscious for hours.
- Moshtagh Samandari has been sentenced to 3 yrs by Rev Court in Babol for being a Bahai.
- A senior Iranian Sunni Muslim cleric escaped an assassination attempt by Jundollah in the border town of Sarbaz.
- Members of Jundollah went to the home of Molavi Mostafa Jangi Zehi, & locked up his wife and children.
- The Sunni cleric was not home at the time of the attack, the men told his family they will be back to kill him.
- Dowlatabadi talked about the recent reports of a journalist being raped in prison & called it all lies & fabricated.
- Civil activist Hoda Saber kidnapped by agents 10 days ago, was in Ward 2-A, moved to 350, family allowed a visit today.
