Toronto Was No Tehran – A report on the G-20 protests

I really agree with the article. From seeing a lot of the images from the G-20 protests, I actually find myself very disappointed and even disgusted at some of the violent behavior from the protesters themselves. A bunch of immature people who run around smashing police car windows and setting them on fire, just because they think it's cool to rebel against "The Man" CANNOT be compared to Iran's protesters. In the end those guys are just taking the freedom of speech they have for granted while the Iranian protesters are fighting FOR their freedom of speech. And I feel very sorry for the reasonable, peaceful G-20 protesters who were there to promote a good cause because they're being tossed into the same pile as those clowns. I say if you want to be seen as a human being with dignity - then act like it so you'll be treated like one.
