- Political prisoner Hasan Asadi, HR chairman of Daftar Tahkim is under constant pressure by his interrogators.


- Hasan Asadi has been kept in solitary confinement in section 240 since his arrest.


- Asadi was detained in his home Nov 3 at 20:30 by 3 Intel agents and the agents videotaped the entire proceeding.


- Student activist Mojtaba Bayat was sentenced to 2 years by branch 25 of the Rev Court.

- 2/2 Hojatai was originally sentenced to 2 years and 3 months.


- Thursday will be the 40th day of Behnoud's passing. HR asking people to attend a memorial from 10-11 AM at cemetery.


- Shirko's lawyer: Shirko's death sentence can be carried out at any time, but they would officially notify me first.

That's just too horrible...A school is a place where everyone should feel safe. Why do regimes like the Iranian regime feel the need to use it as a battle ground to intimidate others? However, this is a sign of juts how truly afraid the are. The more damage they create, the more they show about afraid they are of the truth.

- Journalist Negar Sayeh arrested three weeks ago is still in solitary at Evin. She has had one call and one visit with family.


- The prosecutor told Negar's mother she was arrested because of her anti Gov writings on her blog.


- Negar's husband Saeed Ghoraishi was arrested at the Kolmail pyraer service and is in Evin 209.


- Student Kazem Rezaie started hunger strike. He was at Adelabad with others than moved to Intel detention.


- Shiraz students arrested Nov 4: Ehsan Poursoltan, Aboalharari. Names are other students in detention not known.


- Shiraz students still in detention at Adelabad prison: Saeed Rezaie, Ahmad Aref, Khaybar Safarpour.


- The judge told the student parents they will probably not release them until after Dec 7 (16 Azar).


- Yesterday, a hearing was held for 48 people arrested in Shiraz on Nov 4. All were released on bail except for students.


- Deputy political office of the Participation Front Azar Mansouri(F) has been moved out of solitary after 50 days.


- Hossein Salamat, PhD student at TH UNI, was sentenced to 4 years in prison by Rev Court.


- Ehsan Fatahian was buried this AM in Kermanshah. Authorities agreed to turn his body to his parents.


- 300 Abadan oil refinery workers protested ysdy for non payment of wages for 3 months.


- The refinery management said these workers work for a contractor & are not employees of the refinery.


- Vahid Molavi who was arrested in 13Aban was released today.


- Kurdish political prisoner Zaynab Jalalian sentenced to death is very ill. She has been in solitary for 2 years.


- Human rights activist Ali Kolaie was summoned by Intel today. He is to be at their office next Wednesday.


- Kolaie was arrested once before(2 years ago) and spent 2 months in Evin.


- Kolaie says his activities are all human rights related and not political, and his summoning illegal, he won't go to Intel.


- The Gov news outlets had Yaser directing protest wearing local Balouchi costume.


- Yaser Hashemi (Rafi's son) denies the pro Gov media reports of him directing protest on Nov 4.


- The women's rights activists in Hamedan are being threatened to stop all their activities.

---BBC News: The Human Rights Watch Organization has awarded 4 Iranian activists with the Hellman Hammett award for their courage and resilience despite the Iranian government's oppression and threats. These activists are Asiya Amini, Yusef Azizi Banitaraf, Mohamad Sadigh Kaboodvand and Arash Sigarchi. This award was given to human rights activists from 18 countries.

- 1- Mostafa Eskandari & wife Kobra Zaghedoost arrested during the 40th ceremony of the martyrs.


- 2- Both Kobra and Mostafa have been in Evin for over 110 days. First 80 days no visitation from family
.

- 3- Mostafa is in ward 240 solitary, and Kobra is in ward 290. This couple had no political activities before.


- 4- Mostafa & Kobra didn't even attend any of the protest. Reason for keeping this couple in Evin is unknown.


- Post Elec protester Soheil Navidiyekta was sentenced to 7 years and 74 lashings.


- Women rights activist Raha Askarzadeh(F) arrested Nov 4 has been released.


- Student activist Vahideh Molavi arrested Nov 4 has been released.


- They are taking all references of dynasties out of text books. They are attacking humanities in text books.


- They are going to brainwash our children at a very young age. They are sending political instructors to schools.


- Two Sharif university female students have been expelled for one term for not wearing proper Islamic attire

- All phone lines to call out from inside the prison been cut now.


-After Ehsan was executed guards informed his parents waiting outside and than ordered them to leave.


- 8AM - they transferred Ehsan's body to cemetery saying they'll release his body to his parents within few days.


- Number of Polytechnic U students in Tafresh have been summoned by disciplinary office and interrogated.


- Seven Tafresh Polytechnic university students have been arrested by Intel.


- Hamid Azimim, Mohamad Asadi, Mohamad Ghasemi & Amin Arabi have contacted their families.


- Whereabouts of Ali Matlabi, Koroush Yekan and Mohsen Adabipour is not known.

- Iran : Amazing story : Kids at District 2 Tehran School were visited by Sepah this morning. They gave them green headbands with "Khamenei our Leader" written on them, to use when taking part in demos tomorrow (Green Alavi,ha?!)Kids freaked out, tied all headbands together making a long green rope of it, then started chanting anti-gov and anti-regime slogans and refused to go to class.

- lawyer of Behzad Nabavi, a member of Islamic Revolution Mojahedin Organization, said that his client was on trial on Sunday, and one of his charges has been "disrupting the traffic on 23rd and 25th of Khordad". Mr. Nabavi in the first week after the presidential election, was arrested along with a number of political and civil activists, and since then had been present twice in the public court of the election‐related defendants.

- At 5pm on Saturday 9th of Abaan, like previous evenings, mothers of the victims of the protests held a gathering near the Laleh Park fountain, to remember their wishes, which is the freedom of political prisoners and the punishment of the figures involved in their children's killing. Police had an strong presence both around the fountain and around the Laleh park this week, and from the beginning of the gathering asked the crowd to disperse. This week, Simin Behbahani was present among the population of about 250 people. At the end of mourning, mothers sang Ey‐Iran and the Yare-dabestany songs, and at the southern door of the park, held one minute of silence to respect the memories of their loved ones, and with 5 times giving “Allaho Akbar” slogan, asked for the freedom of political prisoners.
