- Journalist Negar Sayeh arrested three weeks ago is still in solitary at Evin. She has had one call and one visit with family.


- The prosecutor told Negar's mother she was arrested because of her anti Gov writings on her blog.


- Negar's husband Saeed Ghoraishi was arrested at the Kolmail pyraer service and is in Evin 209.


- Student Kazem Rezaie started hunger strike. He was at Adelabad with others than moved to Intel detention.


- Shiraz students arrested Nov 4: Ehsan Poursoltan, Aboalharari. Names are other students in detention not known.


- Shiraz students still in detention at Adelabad prison: Saeed Rezaie, Ahmad Aref, Khaybar Safarpour.


- The judge told the student parents they will probably not release them until after Dec 7 (16 Azar).


- Yesterday, a hearing was held for 48 people arrested in Shiraz on Nov 4. All were released on bail except for students.


- Deputy political office of the Participation Front Azar Mansouri(F) has been moved out of solitary after 50 days.


- Hossein Salamat, PhD student at TH UNI, was sentenced to 4 years in prison by Rev Court.


- Ehsan Fatahian was buried this AM in Kermanshah. Authorities agreed to turn his body to his parents.


- 300 Abadan oil refinery workers protested ysdy for non payment of wages for 3 months.


- The refinery management said these workers work for a contractor & are not employees of the refinery.


- Vahid Molavi who was arrested in 13Aban was released today.


- Kurdish political prisoner Zaynab Jalalian sentenced to death is very ill. She has been in solitary for 2 years.


- Human rights activist Ali Kolaie was summoned by Intel today. He is to be at their office next Wednesday.


- Kolaie was arrested once before(2 years ago) and spent 2 months in Evin.


- Kolaie says his activities are all human rights related and not political, and his summoning illegal, he won't go to Intel.


- The Gov news outlets had Yaser directing protest wearing local Balouchi costume.


- Yaser Hashemi (Rafi's son) denies the pro Gov media reports of him directing protest on Nov 4.


- The women's rights activists in Hamedan are being threatened to stop all their activities.

---BBC News: The Human Rights Watch Organization has awarded 4 Iranian activists with the Hellman Hammett award for their courage and resilience despite the Iranian government's oppression and threats. These activists are Asiya Amini, Yusef Azizi Banitaraf, Mohamad Sadigh Kaboodvand and Arash Sigarchi. This award was given to human rights activists from 18 countries.
