- Yousef Naderkhani member of religious organization “Only Jesus” detained since Sep 2009.

- Political prisoner Hasan Asadi, HR chairman of Daftar Tahkim is under constant pressure by his interrogators.

- Hasan Asadi has been kept in solitary confinement in section 240 since his arrest.

- Asadi was detained in his home Nov 3 at 20:30 by 3 Intel agents and the agents videotaped the entire proceeding.

- Student activist Mojtaba Bayat was sentenced to 2 years by branch 25 of the Rev Court.

- Mojtaba Bayat was executive member of Daftar Tahkim Vahdat (Office of Strengthening Unity).

- Ali BehzadianNejad sentenced to 6 years prison for disorderly public conduct spreading lies against regime.

- Banai, Jalili, Saeed Rezai, Zahedi are Shiraz University students being kept in Adelabad prison.

- The 4 Shiraz UNI students will be kept in Adel Abad prison until their verdict is decided.

- Court hearing was held for 4 Shiraz UNI students detained Nov 4. Verdict will be Dec 9.

- Hojat Arabi & Sahand Bakhtiyarpour have been expelled for 1 term and Amin Nikzadeh expelled for 2 terms.

- Khosro Mousavand has been banned from receiving his degree.

- Payam Paykari has been expelled from the university.

- Mostafa Ahookhosh has been expelled for one term and banned from dorm facilities for life.

- Evin authorities have canceled all scheduled Sunday visits for political prisoners in ward 209.

- The Court of Appeals upheld the 2 year sentence of 21 yr old Housein Ezami.

- Habibi was charged with participating in Marxist student gatherings & writing the Red Insight blog.

- Memb Advare Tahkim Vahdat & human rights activist Saeed Habibi has been sentenced to 3 years.

- Zamani charged with Moharebeh(anti God), being member of Monarchist group, anti-national security activities & more.

- Zamani's lawyer says they tried him as part of post election rioters when in fact Zamani was arrested in 2008.
