- The two new political prisoners sentenced to death were convicted of MKO connection & propagandizing against IR.


- Death sentences of post election protesters Mohamad Ali Haj-Aghai & Jafar Kazemi have been upheld.


- Newly released activist says after 300 hours of interrogations & 400 pages in his file, his trial took 3 minutes.


- Activist says he has been instructed to leave the city before any major planned protest.


- Activist says since his release he is continuously summoned to Intel Ministry office & interrogated.


- Activist says he was told if he hires a lawyer or a lawyer shows up at his trial he will get the max sentence.
