- Ali Saremi who's death sentence was confirmed today has spent about 20 yrs of the past 31 yrs in prison.


- French government paid 230,000 euros in fines for Clothilde Reiss's alleged crimes.


- Appeals Court has upheld the 3 yr sentence of Participation Front member Azar Mansouri(F).


- Families of the executed have said if bodies are not returned to them they will start a sit-in protest in Kurdistan.


- 6 days after they were executed authorities still refuse to give the bodies of 5 executed to their families.


- Appeals Court has confirmed the 6 yrs in prison & $34000 in fines sentence of journalist Masoud Bastani.


- 10 Moharebeh & death sentences for Ashura arrestees: 3 were overturned, 3 upheld, 2 charges dropped & 2 pending.


- Tehran DA: The Moharebeh charges of Mohamad Amin Valian & Arslan Abbadi have been dropped.


- Death sentences of father & son Ahmad & Hassan Daneshpour Moghadam & Abdolreza Ghanbari have been upheld.

- Tehran DA announced death sentence of Motahareh Baharami Haghihi(F) has been over turned by Appeals Court.


- 1) Sat 5/8, 10 AM Mehdi Islamian was taken from ward 1 of Rejaie Shahr under the pretense of overturning his.


- 2) Mehdi Islamian was turned over to security agent who transported him to Evin.


- 3) Mehdi Islamian's numerous requests to call his family were denied . He was taken to ward 240.


- 4) 6:30 PM Ali Haydarian & Farzad Kamangar were taken to ward 240. Phone services were cut at 4 PM.


- 5) Late afternoon on Sat Farhad Vakili & Shirin Alamhouli were taken to ward 240.


- 6) From about 11 PM witness say they could hear the group singing songs.


- 7) Witness say at least twice unknown people along with DA rep carrying cameras went to see the 5 prisoners.


- 8) 4 AM Sun May 9 about 25-30 agents appeared to take the victims to the gallows.


- 9) Apparently Farzad Kamangar had some candies with him & offered it to the agents.


- 10) The agents not only didn't take the candies but reacted harshly towards Kamanger.


- 11) After some discussions & interventions by other agents Kamangar was allowed to give the candies to other victims.


- 12) The 5 prisoners were than taken to the gallows in handcuffs & shackles.


- 13) At the gallows, some of the prisoners requested their handcuffs & shackles be removed.


- 14) Some of the prisoners wanted to place the rope around their neck themselves. Their request was denied.


- 15) The prisoners started to sing as they were being placed on the bench & rope being put around their neck.


- 16) The prisoners were singing a Kurdish anthem.


- 17) After execution was performed, bodies were taken to an unknown location & not given to families as of yet.


- Tehran DA threatened Mousavi with prosecution & said everything he says & does now will add to his case.


- Motahareh Bahrami's death sentence was overturned but her husband & son's death sentences were upheld.


- Tehran DA announced death sentence of Motahareh Baharami Haghihi(F) has been over turned by Appeals Court.
