- Yazdi, one of the insiders who flew to Iran on the same plane as Khomeini has now been arrested.

- Hashem Sabaghiyan member of the Freedom Movement of Iran was arrested in Esfahan this afternoon.

- Dr. Yazdi & Sabaghiyan were in Esfahan attending a funeral service when they were arrested.

- Dr. Sayed Ali Asghar Ghravi, chair of Esfahan Freedom Movement of Iran was also arrested this afternoon.

- Plainclothes withouth a warrant arrested 3 high rank members of the Freedom Movement of Iran along with a number of other people.

- The 5 Kurdish students were arrested during a protest for execution of 4 Kurdish men last spring & are out on bail.

- Ahvaz City Council member Daryoush Mombini arrested before a news conference on 9/24 has started a hunger strike.

- Pol Science & Law student Ayoub Nemati (banned fr Uni) is under pressure in Evin ward2-A(Sepah) to make false confession.

- Ayoub Nemati was summoned by Judiciary branch of the Armed Forces where he was arrested.

- 30 students have been summoned by Judiciary Branch of the Armed Forces in connection with Tehran U attack last summer.

- Status & whereabouts of Tehran U student Kaveh Akbari summoned by Judiciary Branch of the Armed Forces are unknown.

- 5 Sanandaj Yandan Panah U students have been sentenced to 2 yrs in prison, suspended for 5 yrs.

- Ahmadinejad's Oct 2, scheduled visit to Tehran university has been canceled.

- Civil & political activist Amir Shaybani has been arrested in Mashhad & is in Vakilabad prison.

- Azad Kamangar was arrested on Sept 4 in front of the university. His uncle was the executed Farzad Kamangar.

- Yazdan Panah U student Azad Kamangar has been moved from Intel detention center to Sanandaj prison.
