- Participation Front member Ali Shokourirad has been arrested. He was summoned Tues AM & did not return home.

- Tehran U Med School student Naeim Aghai was arrested after being summoned to Armed Forces Judiciary court.

- Armed Forces court handling Tehran U dorm attack has been summoning current& expelled students recently & arresting them.

- Rasht Uni student activist Siyamak Mirzaei was arrested Sun at his parents home in Pars Abad, Moghan.

- Article 201 of the Islamic Republic's Penal Code calls for cutting off hand for theft.

- The young man whose hand was amputated today in Mashhad was convicted of 2 theft incidents.

- HR & student activist Mehdi Khodaei has been sentenced to additional 3 yrs. He was previously setenced to 4 years.

- Khodaei arrested last March during mass arrests of HR activists across IR & has been in Evin ward 2A since.

- Status of high school student & blogger Navid Mohebi arrested in Sari (N.IR) 25 days ago still unknown.

- 1/2 Mousavi camp activist Housein Zarini has been on hunger strike for 16 days.

- 2/2 Housein Zarini has been in prison for 5 months & has been banned from visits & phone calls the entire time.

- Talesh publication has lost it's publishing license & ordered to cease publishing.

- Mashhad Pros Gen: There are 11000 prisoners in Mashhad prison system with 4000 new prisoners added in recent months.

- Court of Appeals has reduced the sentence of Bojnourd Uni instructor Hadi Hakim Safai from 3 yrs to 1 yr in prison.

- Savage attack of prisoners by guards in Gohardasht Wad 5 on Monday from 9:30 AM to 12 noon.

- Prisoners in ward 5 of Gohardasht were attacked & beaten with batons resulting in injuries of some prisoners.

- There were 30 guards involved in the attack at Gohardasht, they destroyed prisoners personal properties also.

- 1/2) Karoubi's campaign activist Amir Housein Fotouhi has been sentenced to 4 yrs in prison.

- 2/2) Amir Housein Fotouhi, a former medical student was expelled from Hormozgan uni for his activism.

- 3 men were hanged on Saturday in Dehdash in Kohkilouyeh- Buyerahmad province, SW IR.
