- HR attorney Mohamad Mostafai's site has been removed.

- Mostafai's father-in-law says they have told him if Mostafai turns himself in his wife & her brother will be released.

- Court of Appeals has upheld the 1 yr sentence & 74 lashings of student activist Payman Aref.

- On 21 July, Mohammad Mostafaei was issued a summons requiring him to go to the Prosecutor's Office in Evin Prison.

- Mostafai went to Evin Court on 24 July, was questioned for at least one hour and then was released.

- Mostafai Later received a further summons by telephone.

- Same eve of new summons, Mostafai's wife and her brother were arrested and have been detained since.

- Per unconfirmed info, they may be held on suspicion of hiding somebody wanted by the authorities.

- Mostafaei's whereabouts are not known. Evening of 7/24 he wrote on his FB: "it is possible they will arrest me.

- Mostafaei & his wife have a daughter aged around 7, who is currently believed to be in the care of her grandmother.

- Jaras reports 250 High rank Sepah members were forced to retired due to support for Mousavi.

- Jaras: A think tank group was created after the election to decide faith of high rank Sepah members who voted for Mousavi.

- Ali Golchin Has been released on $200,000 bail. He was arrested for being a Christian.

- Zahedan Prosecutor Gen said they have arrested 9 people suspected of involvement with the double suicide bombing.

- Jafari (IRGC), admitted that “guards” in the IRGC indeed supported the Green Movement following the fraudulent.

- Political prisoner Khaled Hardani is on his 5th day of hunger strike. He is in solitary.

- Pol prisoner Reza Joshan on his 6th day of hunger strike has fallen into a coma & is in Gohardasht Med facility.
