- Zia Nabavi sentenced to 10 yrs in prison accused of connection with MKO, a charge she has repeatedly denied.

- Zia Nabavi's lawyer says that there is absolutely no evidence connecting Nabavi to MKO group.

- Apparently Nabavi once in a speech said if these elections were democratic MKO & Monarchist could have participated.

- 26 yr old Nour Jamal S an Afghani citizen was executed in Esfahan Sat convicted of possession of drugs.

- Azari activist Dr. Latif Hassani arrested at his father's home in Karaj on Mon is in Tabriz Intel prison.

- Norooz: 1 doc stolen was detailing the fake PH degree of 1st VP Rahimi & his teaching Law with a fake Degree.

- Norooz: Another doc stolen was documents re violations in Judge Mortazavi obtaining a Degree.

- Norooz: Details on fake Degree of Mashaie's Deputy Makelzadeh were included in the docs stolen.

- Norooz: Another doc stolen was violations on obtaining a Degree by Ahmadinejad's son & his nephews.

- Norooz: The Prosecutor General's explanations of seizing documents pertaining to oil companies info is false.

- Norooz: An informed source said that there are other copies of these documents being kept in other safe places.

- Union leader Mansour Osanlo has been moved to "addicts" ward at Rejaishahr prison. Infectious disease rampant there.

- Memb of Teachers Union Rasoul Badaghi was attacked & beaten by guards at Rejaishahr prison yesterday.

- 2 guards handcuffed Badaghi, tied him to a pole & beat him up. Other prisoners complained about the beating.

- The regular prisoners were pushed & shoved & told because Badaghi is a political prisoner he is getting a beating.

- Regime put Koohyar in solitary to punish him for going on hunger strike for the 5 executed.

- Koohyar is currently on IV's doing bad. His mom says 'Is this what I get for raising such good boy, put him in solitary?!'

- Lesser known prisoner Kobra Zaghedost was indicted after 11 months in Evin. She & husband were arrested last yr.

- Bureau of Prisons Chief: We have 180000 prisoners in IR prison system which was built with capacity for 90000 prisoners.
