- Soheil Mohamadi was charged with anti national security acts, insulting the president & participating in gatherings.


- Khajeh Nasir UNI student Soheil Mohamadi arrested Nov 3 has been sentenced to 4 years. He is appealing the sentence.


- The Participation Front, N.W. Iran Branch issued an open letter declaring their continued support for Mousavi.


- Dr. Beheshti in a phone call to family informed them he is not well & they have to give him an IV daily.


- Mousavi Sr. advisor Dr. Alireza Beheshti arrested 12/2 & suffered a heart attack in Evin is still in solitary.

- Currently 7 members of the Children's Rights Advocacy Group in detention. No apparent reason for their arrest.


- Children's rights advocate Reza Mahabadian was arrested by Intel last Wed. No news since.


- 1 month since arrested of author, journalist & human rights activist Emadedin Baghi, still in Evin 240 solitary & barred from visit.


- 2 men convicted of rape were executed in Evin today.


- Esfahan UNI disciplinary office issued 20 disciplinary actions for students who participated in 16 Azar student day protest.


- 1/3- Today family of Ashkan Sohrabi & group of Mourning mothers celebrated Ashkan's birthday at his grave site.


- 2/3- Ashkan was one of the first killed during June uprising, he was 20. Plainclothes & police were present.


- 3/3- The crowd than went to Neda's & Sohrab Arabi's grave to pay respect. Forces warned them not to chant.


- Status & whereabouts of Journalist Morteza Kazemian arrested 1 month ago is still unknown.


- During their TV confession weapons were shown. Seems like they are paving the way to charge them with Moharebeh.


- IR TV showed 4 political prisoners confessions Wed night. It seems this was done to legitimize next AM executions.


- 4 who confessed on TV are: Mahmod Dowlatabadi, Mehdi Saiedi, Abbas Balikhani & Borzo Kamrani.


- 4 who confessed on TV were arrested more than 3 months ago & are in Sepah solitary in Gohardash prison.


- 4 who confessed were tortured & presured to do these fake TV confessions & were promised release on bail.


- During their TV confession weapons were shown. Seems like they are paving the way to charge them with Moharebeh.


- Saied Haeri arrested 39 days ago on his way to Qom, to family visits, has not been indicted, is in Evin 240.


- Karoubi campaign activist Mehrdad Rahimi is under heavy pressure to do TV confession. He has not agreed.


- Trial of 16 Ashura protesters started today. 5 were charged with Moharebeh.

- 2/2 Bail was set & produced by family of Barzegarian 4 months ago but the interrogator prevents his release.


- Arash Rahmanipour & M.R. Ali-Zamani executed Thurs AM were promised light sentences if they cooperate.


- Sat Jan 30, 16 Ashura protesters will go on trial in an open court in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court.


- Tehran prosecutor said 37 indictments for Ashura protesters have been sent to court. Five are charged with Moharebeh.


- Warning: Gerdab is Sepah site & it is a phishing site.


- Abdolah Saddoughi arrested by Intel in Tabriz for printing posters in support of the Terakhtor football team.


- In moving Momeni & Tabatabai, the prison officials have confiscated their personal items.


- Momeni & Tabatabai are now in cold cells in Evin without proper clothing or cover.

- Davood, Arash Rahmanipour's father heard of his execution on T.V. IS THIS JUSTICE???Where will you be on the 22nd of Bahman?


- As per Arash's family, his sister was also arrested & held for 2 1/2 months while 7 months pregnant leading to a miscarriage.


- Both Ali-Zamani & Rahmanipour were arrested months before the election & were already in prison during the unrest.


- Rahmanipour & Ali-Zamani along with others were taken to court the day before their trial for a dress rehearsal.


- At the confession dress rehearsal the than Tehran prosecutor Mortazavi & Intel officials were present.


- Ali-Zamani did not have a lawyer until 2 days before his show trial when court appointed one for him.


- 2 executed were told if they confess to having part in post election unrest they'll receive leaner sentences.


- Rahmanipour & Ali-Zamani were coached & had practice session with interrogators & Intel people
.

- Arash Rahmanipour & M.R. Ali-Zamani executed Thursday AM were promised light sentences if they cooperated.


- Warning: 9 post election protesters are in line for execution. Cases are being reviewed by appeals court.


- Tehran prosecutor said if the 9 death sentences are upheld by court of appeals executions will be carried out.


- Rumors are that Mesbah-Yazdi was against selecting Khamenei as the "Supreme Leader".


- 1/3 - Saied Nourmohamadi in detention for 100 days. His brother Masoud was arrested 1/20.


- 2/3 - Masoud Nourmohamadi arrested at work, his home searched & items seized. Masoud had no political activities.


- 3/3 Masoud's status & whereabouts is unknown. Family is very worried with 2 sons in detention.


- 1- HR attorney Forogh Mirzai arrested 1/11 along with her husband & dinner guest at a mid night raid of her home.


- 2- Forogh Mirzai contacted family the next day to let them know she is in Evin. No news since.


- They originally arrested Arash for connection with the Monarchist group at the time when he was only 16-17.


- Arash Rahmanipour executed today was only 19 when arrested months before the election.


- Regime is holding 4 members of Advar-e-Tahkim Vahdat in Evin & is pressuring the Association to cease activities.


- Advar member(Alumni Assoc) Bahareh Hedayat is still banned from family visit.


- Mostafa Eskandari suffered broken nose & ribs during interrogations. Limited medical help has been given to him.


- Mostafa Eskandari arrested during the 40th memorial service for Neda is still in Evin 240(Intel).


- Regime carried out the executions today in secret, the families & lawyers were not notified in advance.


- 1/3- While trying to get Arash Rahmanpour to sign false confession, they arrested his pregnant sister.


- 2/3- In the interrogation room they would sit Arash's pregnant sister in front of him.


- 3/3- ....telling him if he signs the confession they would release his sister.

- 1/8- HRA reports the females arrested on Ashura are under heavy pressure & endure harsh conditions in Evin


- 2/8- They are kept in the quarantine & the addicts section in small cells with 7 people in each cell.


- 3/8- They are taken to a different location for interrogation late at night handcuffed & blindfolded.


- 4/8- They are interrogated for 7-8 hours & are physically & mentally tortured.


- 5/8- Intel Ministry has contacted the families of these prisoners & threaten them not to contact the media.


- 6/8- Most of the female Ashura detainees are students ages 22 to 25.


- 7/8- To charge the prisoners with trumped up charges they are under pressure to give false confessions.


- 8/8- Families have been contacted by interrogators & told to tell their kid to cooperate for more leaner sentence.

- Today students of Alameh UNI protested firing of number of their instructors & asking for their reinstatement.


- All of the 3 people on trial today were charged with attending protests and sending pix & info to MKO.


- The 3 people on trial today were charged with cooperation with MKO & anti-national security activities.

- 1- Two prisoners fr Gohardash were taken to court where they were told their death sentence is upheld.


- 2- The 2 prisoner were told their sentence will be performed within the next 10 days.


- 3- The prisoners were than taken to Vital Statistic Registrar where their ID book(shenasnameh) was voided.


- 4- One of the prisoners who was convicted when a minor passed out at the Registrar's office.


- 5- In IR people are issued an ID book at birth, marriage & divorce are registered in it. At death the ID book is voided.


- Basij's sports site (www.basijsport.ir) was hacked by green hackers.

- Disciplinary actions have been issued for 18 Mashhad Azad UNI students.


- 18 more indictments have been sent to the Rev Court for Ashura protesters. All 18 are currently in prison.


- 1. Two Zanjan University student activists have disappeared since the beginning of the week.


- 2. Alireza Firouzi and Sourna Hashemi were traveling from Tehran to Tabriz when they vanished.


- 3. Following their disappearance, their family and political activists began receiving e-mails from their accounts.


- 4. The e-mails sought information about political developments, according to Firouzi and Hashemi's families.
