- Mansoure Shojaie of the 1-million signatures campaign was released after 1 month on $250k bail.


- Journalist & member of Committee of Human Resources Reporters Kohyar Godarzi is being charged with Moharebeh.


- Journalists Mahsa Hekmat, Kayvan Mehregan & Abdolreza Tajik are banned from visitation.


- Masoud Bastani arrested on July 5 at Court Building when he went to find info on his arrested wife Mahsa Amrabadi.


- Jounalist Masoud Bastani has been transferred from Evin to Rejai Shahr prison(not good).


- Housein Ghabel who was arrested 31 dys ago at Ayt Sanei's office has been released on bail.


- Women's rights activist Mansoureh Shojai has been released on bail.


- Bahman Yazdani & Vesal Mohamadi of Bahai faith were arrested in Mashhad, CD's & computers confiscated.


- Regime is putting pressure on Advar-e-Tahkim Vahdat(Alumni Assoc) to dissolve & cease all activities.


- Advar members Arabshahi, Bahareh Hedayat, Morteza Samiyari & Milad Assadi are all in solitary in Evin.


- Advar(Alumni Assoc) member Mehdi Arabshahi arrested a month ago has had only 1 phone contact with family.


- 1/8- HRA reports the females arrested on Ashura are under heavy pressure & endure harsh conditions in Evin


- 2/8- They are kept in the quarantine & the addicts section in small cells with 7 people in each cell.


- 3/8- They are taken to a different location for interrogation late at night handcuffed & blindfolded.


- 4/8- They are interrogated for 7-8 hours & are physically & mentally tortured.


- 5/8- Intel Ministry has contacted the families of these prisoners & threaten them not to contact the media.


- 6/8- Most of the female Ashura detainees are students ages 22 to 25.


- 7/8- To charge the prisoners with trumped up charges they are under pressure to give false confessions.


- 8/8- Families have been contacted by interrogators & told to tell their kid to cooperate for more leaner sentence.
