- Science & Indust UNI professor Dr. Javanroudi has been released on $50,000 bail.


- Karoubi visited parents of martyr Ashkan Sohrabi. Ashkan was killed by 3 bullets to his chest last summer.


- Journalist Bromand Rostami was released from Kermanshah Dizelabad prison on 20,000 bail.


- 1/4) Student activist & journalist Payman Aref was taken to hospital with heart problem handcuffed & shackled


- 2/4) Aref arrested last summer received 18 months on a prior case & 1 yr & 74 lashes for his current case


- 3/4) Aref was moved back to Evin today per his request & against doctors recommendations


- 4/4) Aref didn't want to stay in the hospital handcuffed & shackled.


- Sistan&Blouchestan U Theology teacher Rahmatolah Bastani arrested at Mrs.Montazeri services has been released on bail.


- Varmarzyari was not politically active & his arrest may have been due to his son being in Ashraf Camp.


- 55 y/o Parviz Varmarzyari arrested after Ashura has been in Evin 209 without being officially charged.


- In few short phone conversations with family Naghipour has urged his family not to hire any attorney for him.


- Journalist, blogger & HR activist Nasour Naghipour is under pressure at Sepah ward 2-A in Evin.


- Beekas holds a PHD, was active in political prisoners defense group & journalism before his arrest.


- HR activist Ali Beekas is in desperate need of proper medical care which is not available in Evin.


- Court of Appeals has overturned the sentence of Morteza Aliveri sentencing him to 1 yr suspended for 4 yrs.


- 5 Bahais were released on $50,000 bail each on Tuesday in Marvdasht Shiraz.


- Released Bahais are: Farahnaz Ashnaie, Tayebeh Falah, Nozar Falah, Hassan & Jahanbakhsh Bazrafkan.


- Revolutionary Guards setting up new bank, Ansar Bank.
