- Due to no criminal background & having served more than half of his sentence, Court issued a pardon for Jahanshah.


- Jahanshah spent 47 days in solitary, was charged in lower court with Moharebeh, Appeals court gave him 1 year.


- Khashayar Jahanshah 21, arrested 8 months ago at home after participating in a protest has been released.


- Semnan Bahai resident Sholeh Taeef(F) has been sentenced to 1yr in prison & 2yrs ban from residency in Semnan


- Karoubi visited with family of Persianblog founder Mehdi Bootorabi arrested 40 days ago.


- Bootorabi has not contacted his family since his arrest 40 days ago, his status & whereabouts are still unknown.


- Baghi is now facing an additional charge of writing a book called "Realities & Justice" 21 years ago.


- Baghi initially arrested for conducting an interview with Ayatollah Montazeri which was broadcast on BBC Farsi.


- Journalist & author Emadedin Baghi has been in Evin ward 240 solitary under harsh conditions for 4 months.


- The three American hikers who have been detained in Iran for 9 months are going on a hunger strike.
