According to Persian2English: "An 8 year old street child in Iran talks to cameraman. He says his father is old and doesn't work, so he and his 13 year old brother work. His quota for the day is $7.00, then he goes home. He doesn't go to school, because he doesn't own a birth certificate (therefore he can't register)."
