- Iranian regime tries limit international knowledge of its brutality by not announcing stoning verdicts publicly.


- On the evening of the 10th day of political prisoners hunger strike, none of their 5 demands have been met yet.


- The other 14 prisoners on hunger strike are taking water & tea but no food.


- Bahman Amoei, Kayvan Samimi & Majid Tavakoli on hunger strike including no liquids, in danger ¬ doing well.


- Prominent Bazar businessman Mohsen Dogmechi has been sentenced 10yrs in Gohardasht prison by judge Salavati.


- Rahim Rashi is being held in Orumiyeh's Sepah detention center. His family extremely worried for his safety.


- Families of pol prisoners on hunger strike tried to stage a protest in front of the Prosecutor's office this AM.


- Security forces were already present at protest site when families arrived. They were told not to stay & leave.


- Families were attacked by guards, threatened with arrest, pics of their loved ones torn, others were prevented from joining.


- Despite the attacks, threats & insults families stayed at the protest site from 10 AM to 1:30 PM.


- Women's rights & 1 M signature camp activists Maryam Bigdeli & Fatemeh Masjedi were tried in Qum Weds.


- Court of Appeals has upheld the 5 yr sentence of Editor-in-Chief of Saham news Mohamad Davari.


- Davari was arrested during raid of Etemad-Meli party offices last yr & was under pressure to give false confession.


- Behnam Motearefi of Bahai faith has been arrested in Semnan & taken to prison to start serving his 18 months sentence.


- Participation Front member Esmaiel Sahabe sentenced to 4 yrs by judge Salavati for participating in Komail prayer service.
