- 1) Managing Dir of Jomhoeiyat site write to IR Prosecutor Gen detailing his violent arrest & tortures he endured.

- 2) Karami says he was under torture & interrogations for 138 days in Evin.

- 3) Karami says he was beaten by the interrogators so badly that he lost consciousness 15 times.

- 4) Karami was threatened with execution, threatened with rape, threatened with rape using a bottle.

- 5) Karami was threatened with the arrest of his wife, his daughter & his son-in-law.

- 6) Karami says 1 day he could hear the screams & cries of a woman from down the hall,he was told it was his daughter.

- 7) Karami was accused of having affairs with number of high profile females including Rafsanjani's daughter Faezeh.

- 8) Interrogators would ask him to write down a confession & when he refused they would beat him severely.

- 9) They wanted Karami to give false confessions against Rafsanjani, they would beat him & choke him.

- 10) Karami was beaten in front of other pol prisoners & other prisoners were beaten in front of him.

- 11) Karami was forced to sit on interrogations of other high profile Reformists.

- 12) Karami was told if the court does not sentence him to death, he & his family wont be safe & they will go after him.

- 13) Karami was tried & found guilty based on all the confessions he made under torture. He is sentenced to 11 yrs.

- Babol Anoshiravan Uni student Nima Nahvi has started a hunger strike to protest his condition in prison.

- Managing Director of Khabar newspaper has been exonerated of all charges.

- Former VP Housein Marashi & journalist Hengameh Shahidi are banned from phone use in prison.

- 2 months since arrest of Teachers Trade Assoc members Mokhtar Assadi & Mahmoud Bagheri, they are still banned from visits.

- A prisoner in Uromiyeh prison has died as a result of head injuries inflicted by being hit with batons.

- Bahman Masoudi the murdered Uromiyeh prisoner was a non-political prisoner & was beaten by a guard named Khanzadeh.

- Upon hearing the news of killing of her son Bahman Masoudi's mother self-immolated in front of Uromiyeh prison.

- Masoudi's mother was taken to the hospital by paramedics. Current status & degree of burns are not known.

- Masoud Bastani's wife Mahsa Amrabadi reveals that Masoud agreed to false confession to obtain her freedom.

- Bastani was threatened with execution, was choked, beaten badly, his head banged against the wall.

- Bastani's wife says Masoud was the first pol prisoner sent to Rejaeishahr & reason was his statement are Ayatollah Montazeri.

- Kurdestan Chief Judiciary: Those who do not observe Ramadan fasting in public will be confronted.
