- Regime moves Iran's nuclear stockpile above ground. Speculation that Khamenei-AN-IRGC may be inviting an attack to unite nation.

- Momeni & family were living on a teachers income in a rented house before he was arrested.

- At Momeni's first visit with his wife in Evin he could barley walk or talk & had lost a lot of weight.

- Momeni was severely tortured at the hands of Sepah while in Evin. First 100+ days was banned from visit & phone calls.

- Momeni a member of Advar & a teacher has lost his teaching job due to long term absence(8 months in prison).

- Judge denied request from Abdollah Momeni family to reduce his bail of $800000. Family presented court with $400000.
