- Evin 350 is now under the same rules & regulations as Evin 209 = high security & more limitations for prisoners.

- Currently there are more than 200 political prisoners in ward 350. Phone communications are still cutoff.

- Visitations will now have to all be pre-approved by the prosecution office & will be very limited.

- Ward 350 is located in the basement of Evin & lacks proper sanitation.

- Currently only parents & spouses are allowed to visit the prisoners. Siblings & children are not allowed to visit.

- Pro Gov paper reports Mousavi & Karoubi tried to get former pres Khatami's approval befor Qods day for a call to rally.

- Iranian authorities refuse to inform family of detained journalist.

- It's been 7 months since Kurdish death row prisoner Aziz Mohamadi was taken from his cell. His whereabouts still unknown.

- Authorities tell Mohamadi's family that he has been released but family has not been able to locate him.

- Currently there are 16 Kurdish political prisoners are on death row & are in danger of execution.

- Bail has been set for Heshmatolah Tabarzadi at $200,000. He is in Rejaei Shahr prison.

- Troubles brewing between Ahmadinejad & his Foreign Min Motaki over Ahmadi appointing special foreign regional reps.

- Troubles also brewing between Ahmadinejad & some of Parliament's majority Principalist group.

- One MP went as far as saying Ahmadinejad is running a shadow government to bypass the Parliament.

- Prosecution has denied lowering the bail for member of the Freedom Movement party Amir Housein Kazemi.

- Amir Housein Kazemi is in need of medical help. Bail has been set for $300,000 which the family cannot afford.

- 1- Ayat Dastghaeib to Shiraz Prosecutor: The attackers of Qoba mosque threatened to kill the people inside.

- 2- Ayat Dastghaeib to Shiraz Prosecutor: The innocents are arrested but the guilty who are connected with you are

- 3- Ayat Dastghaeib says the Governor, the Vice Governor & Head of Intel all knew of the planned attack on Qoba.

- 4- Ayat Dastghaeib sternly warns the officials about further attacks on his mosque & arrests of his followers.

- More oppression on the way for kids in Iran, NAJA announced they will be in all schools from elementary to high schools.

- NAJA & special clergy reps will be in all schools to monitor the kids & make sure they follow Islamic values.

- 20 days since re-arrest of author & documentary film maker Mohamad Nourizad. Family has not had any contact since.

- Azari civil activist Hassan Balaei was arrested by Intel agents at his place of business on Saturday.

- Ferdowsi U students Mehdi Khosravi, Amin Riyahi & Hamid Reza Amirkhani were sentenced to 1yr suspended for 5 yrs.

- GREAT NEWS: Appeals Court has overturned the death sentence of pol prisoner Abdolreza Ghanbari.

- 1/13) Sharif Bokani arrested 5/5 by Intel agents in a coffee net in Tehran & taken blindfolded to Sepah detention center.

- 2/13) Bokani was kept in Sepah detention center solitary under pressure & torture for 25 days.

- 3/13) They took Bokani to court for his trial blindfolded & handcuffed & made him lie down in the back seat of a car.

- 4/13) In court Bokani was kept blindfolded & handcuffed, the judge in court accused him of espionage.

- 5/13) Bokani was tried without the presence of a lawyer & was not allowed to present a defense.

- 6/13) After court they took him to an unknown detention center. He was under torture there for 5 more days.

- 7/13) While in that detention center Bokani was beaten severely & was hung from the ceiling for 24 hrs.

- 8/13) Bokani was than transferred to Evin 209 & was kept in solitary for 100 days under pressure & torture.

- 10/13) Bokani was taken to court once more & was charged with espionage & working for the Americans.

- 11/13) The entire time that Bokani was under torture he was banned from phone calls & visits.

- 12/13) Bokani was under pressure & torture to give on camera false confession which he has refused to do.

- 13/13) Bokani is currently in ward 2 of Gohardash prison.

- Teenager shot to death execution style by police on the shores of Qeshm Island.

- Sadegh Doulabi on his way to go fishing to help his family was returned to shore than attacked by police.


- By standards who got close to the scene had to run away as shots were fired towards them.

- Police attacked & beat the teen than shot him in his head which resulted in death.

- 2 of the policemen fled the scene, 1 was captured by the people & was turned over to police along with the teens body.

- Labor activist & former political prisoner Ali Yazdani has been summoned by Intel office.

- New wave of pressure on Bahais in Semnan after anti Bahai speeches in the mosques.

- Home of Bahai Yahya Hedayati in Semnan was attacked & windows were broken.

- Sepah Commander Gen Fazli in a speech admits they had arrested 10000 people during the unrest last year.

- Sepah Commander during a speech said 5000 of those arrested have repented and are back in the arms of Islam.

- 122 MP's have warned Ahmadinejad about his shadow Foreign Ministry (appointing special reps to foreign countries).

- Khamenei will preside over Eide Feter (end of Ramadan) prayers at Tehran university.

- IR has confirmed that it has produced 22 kilograms 20 percent enriched uranium for Tehran medical research reactor.

- FM Spokesman: Sakineh Ashtiani is charged with both murder & adultery, her case is still under review.

- FM Spokesman said the investigations into the case of 3 American hikers is still ongoing & not complete yet.

- There were reports that Speaker Larijani had suffered a mild heart attack last week. The news has been denied.
