- Since August 23, 2010, 33 civil & political activists have been arrested in Iran.


- Hamedan Bu-Ali Uni Kurdish student Farshad Doostipour has been sentenced to 2 yrs on bunch of bogus charges.


- 1- After 8 months in Evin, Ehsan Abdeh is still in limbo status. He has not been tried yet.


- 2- Ehsan Abdeh a post graduate student at Durham U in England was arrested upon arrival at Tehran airport last summer.


- 3- Abdeh's father an economist & a critic of Ahmadinejad's economical policies.


- 4- Ehsan Abdeh was in solitary 50 days, went on hunger strike twice in ward 209 & is in ward 350 now.


- Mousavi's office manager Hamid Mohseni has called family 8 days after being arrested.


- Majid Tavakoli's Lawyer Mohamad Ali Dadkhah says he has not received a ruling from Court of appeals re Majid's sent yet.


- Dadkhah says until he receives the official ruling he will not confirm or deny the reports of Majid's sentencing.


- 1- Kurdish Perspective reports Naser Alizadeh arrested last Mon has lost his life under severe torture.


- 2- Alizadeh was arrested along with others while hiking last Mon. His body was turned over to his family on Fri.


- 3- Kurdish Perspective reports that Alizadeh's family have been threatened not to hold memorial services for him.


- 3 men were hanged in Ahvaz Kazeron prison this AM. 2 were convicted of drug trafficking & 1 convicted of murder.


- Pol prisoner Zahra Bahrami with dual Iranian/Dutch citizenship is under pressure to make false confession of drug trafficking.


- In her last trial session, Zahra Bahrami did not have her lawyer present.
