- Abdollah Momeni: I was beaten severely, I was suffocated by interrogators until I became unconscious.
- Momeni: I was in solitary confinement for 86 days in a 4.8×6.6 ft cell; repeatedly threatened with imminent execution.
- Momeni: Beatings, verbal abuse, degradation & illegal treatments started at the very moment of my arrest.
- Momeni: During arrest, tear gas was used, they beat me, punching and kicking me severely.
- Momeni: I was taken to Evin prison with a bloody nose, mouth and bleeding teeth and shackled arms and legs.
- Momeni: They kept telling me, regime has suffered a crack & constantly told me "you will all be executed".
- Momeni: During the 86 days I spent in solitary confinement I never saw the color of the sky.
- Momeni: During 7 months of my detention in wards of 209 & 240 I was only allowed to go into the courtyard 6 times.
- Momeni: They cursed at me & my family, while cursing at me & beating me they said they'll prove I am a bastard child.
- Momeni:They forced my head down the toilet, shoved my head so far down that I swallowed feces & began to choke.
- Momeni: At my trial my testimony was dictated to me by my interrogators beforehand.
- Momeni: When I refused to write a false confession they would force feed interrogation forms into my mouth.
- Momeni: On many occasions I was threatened with the prospects of being raped with a bottle or a stick.
- Momeni: I was told they'll shove a stick in my rear so far that even 100 carpenters wont be able to extract it.
- Momeni: days after strangulation, I suffered severe pain in the neck & throat, that eating & drinking became unbearable.
- Sepah has been attacking Kurdestan boarder villages with the intention of targeting the Kurdish PJAK group.
- Within the last month 3 people have lost their lives as result of Sepah attack on Kurdish villages. 2 were children.
- A 16 y/o Kurdish teen was killed in the boarder village of Doostani by Sepah's mortar attack on the village.
- Despite judges order to release Shiva Nazar Ahari on $500,000 bail, Intel prevented her release from prison.
